+ HOW LONG WILL MY SERVICE TAKE?
As a Team we are always striving for perfection. This level of quality takes time, and that time depends on what service you are having. on average standard colour appointments that include a cut and blow-dry are approximately three-four hours.Colour changes/new clients/overprocessed hair could take 4-8 hours. We can discuss this in your consultation. We promise it will be worth your time.
+ DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
we kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment date and time. Any deposits given for services will be lost if 48 hours is not given. and you msy incur a charge a 50% charge on services cancelled last minute. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and clients. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are difficult to fill. Deposits can be moved over to appointments that need to rearranged if enough notice is given. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform your complete service. Please appreciate that our salon operates according to exact times to ensure our scheduled appointments are not inconvenienced. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be requested to pay a 50% deposit at time of your next booking.

At RE:NU HAIR STUDIO we really want you to LOVE your hair ! We want to have a chance to get to you know, and you us. We can share hair goals and where you want to take your hair. We will endavour to share our expertise, so that we can bring your hair dreams to reality. its important that you trust us and we can understand and manage your expectations to the best of our ability.
+ DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
As the services at RE:NU are specialised , appoinments are sought after . We are sorry we have to take deposits for appointments at RE:NU. All of our talented team have limited availibility and a client 'NO-SHOW' really impacts their income.
There is £20.00 deposit payable for all colour application appointments of 60mins or less // £60.00 deposit for all colour application appointments that take longer than 60min.
Deposits will be deducted from your bill in the salon. Deposits are fully refundable / Transferable if 48 hours notice is give for any cancelations. Please see our lateness policy as deposits will be forfeited if you are past the cut off time to carry out your appointment.

+ WHAT IF IM NOT HAPPY WITH MY CUT/COLOUR?
We want you to leave 100% satisfied with your hair. Please contact RE:NU HAIR STUDIO on 0116 3191970 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unhappy with your hair colour/cut. We have a 10 day alterations policy, which means you need to get in touch with us within 10 days of your appointment in order to have your hair re-cut/coloured free of charge.We do not offer refunds. A consultation would be required for a colour alteration to ensure enough time is booked out for any correction and is free of charge.
WHAT IF YOU DID EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR , BUT IVE CHANGED MY MIND?
Dont worry! We get it , we have all bought that jacket that we needed at the time and then decided actually it needs tailoring to make it the perfect fit! At RE:NU we offer a RE:ADJUSTMENT SERVICE, 15 min-£20.00 30 min-£35.00 RE-ADJUSTMENTS are small services to tailor a change to your specific needs. + WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ROOT SHADOW AND A TONER ?
A root shadow is a slightly darker root area, with lighter ends. To achieve this look we apply a faintly darker toner to the roots than that which we apply to the ends. This gives a soft, graded contrast between the roots, mid-lengths and ends and helps achieve our signature lived-in colour look. A toner is used to neautralize unwanted tone or to enhance tone.
How lomg do they last? between 3-6 weeks, depending on hair type, lifestyle and colour.
+ I HAVE REALLY THICK/LONG HAIR WILL I NEED MORE TIME ?
Extra Long & Thick Hair We kindly ask that you let us know at the time of booking your appointment if you are a real life mermaid and have extra long hair or thick hair as we may need to book extra time on to your appointment to achieve your desired look. If you do not tell us and our standard appointment time is not long enough we will have no choice but to reschedule your appointment and you will lose any deposit paid. Please be aware that there is an extra charge for long / thick hair of £30 per service. This is purely because we have to book out more time
+ ARE MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS SAFE/ WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY COLOUR APPOINTMENT?
While the RE:NU team will always endeavour to keep your personal belongings safe and undamaged we cannot except any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions while on the premises. We do take every precaution possible to protect your clothes from colour but we would advise you to wear something appropriate to avoid disappointment.
